By registering for and attending VentureVibe DeepTech Summit (“the Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Event Organizer
  The Event is organized by Slient Wing Ltd & VentureVibe Technology LTd. (“the Organizers”).

  • Registration is personal and non-transferable unless expressly approved by the Organizers.
    
    

  • Physical presence at the Event is required to be eligible for participation in competitions, awards, or recognitions.

  • The Organizers accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during travel to/from or participation in the Event.
    
    

  • Attendees are responsible for their own insurance coverage, including travel and health insurance if applicable.
    
    

• Programme Changes
  
  

  • The Organizers reserve the right to modify the programme, speakers, schedule, or venue at any time without prior notice.
    
    

• Data Protection
  
  

  • By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of event administration, communication, and promotion.
    
    

  • Your data will not be shared with third parties except where required for event operations.
    
    

• Intellectual Property & Media
  
  

  • The Event, including talks, pitches, and presentations, may be recorded and photographed.
    
    

  • By attending, you grant the Organizers the right to use such media for promotional and informational purposes without additional approval.
    
    

• Conduct
  
  

  • All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
    
    

  • The Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate.
    
    

• Governing Law
  
  

  • This Legal Notice and participation in the Event shall be governed by the laws of Germany.
