By registering for and attending the VentureVibe DeepTech Summit (“the Event”), you agree to the following terms:

  • Physical attendance is required for participation in competitions and awards.

  • The Organizers reserve the right to change the programme, speakers, or venue at any time.

  • Participants must act professionally and respectfully.

  • The Organizers may refuse entry or remove participants for inappropriate behavior.

• Liability
  
  

  • Attendance is at your own risk. The Organizers are not responsible for loss, injury, or damages.

  • Participants are responsible for their own travel and health insurance.

• Media Consent
  
  

  • The Event may be recorded and photographed. By attending, you consent to the use of your image for promotional purposes.

• Data Protection
  
  

  • Personal data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

• Governing Law
  
  

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany.
